Work Experience

2022-Present

Establish travel Perfusion Company. Work at Pennsylvania currently and serve Southern Illinois healthcare from 2018 until December 2021. Manage wide range of mechanical life support systems. Assist cardiac surgeon and anesthesiologist to maintain vital functions during surgery. Examine CPB equipment, including routine pre-surgical evaluations. Regulate blood flow and blood temperature during surgery. Operate modified heart-lung machine, called an extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) unit for patient suffering from heart/lung failure prior to surgery. 

2018-2021
2006-2018

Employed heart-lung machine amid cardiac surgery. Participated in coordinated group effort to maintain patient consciousness and attain desired outcomes. Harmonized department team, ensured optimal performance of equipment, and collaborated with other departments. Joined administration meetings to learn innovative methods for seamless work performance. Oversaw patient’s migration to other hospital after receiving ECMO support. Assisted delayed surgery process because of manager’s absence by providing specific relevant solutions on time to start surgical operations. Initiated learning additional procedures, including biohazard disposal to address time-sensitive issues

Collected used/contaminated instruments and supplies to sort and disinfect. Examined and reported current issues with sterilization equipment to fix problem on time.
